A Connoisseur’s Mexico City

Evergreen Museum & Library Director’s Trip

September 19–25, 2016

The Evergreen Museum and Library (Baltimore MD) is offering a week in beautiful and vibrant Mexico City. The city is filled with plazas and palm trees, murals by Mexican masters, and contemporary street art. Its rich, 1,000-year history intermingles with distinctly modern atmospherics created by stunning contemporary art and architecture. We will visit Aztec ruins, tour some of the city’s great fine art and cultural institutions, and share in the energetic modern culture of this most exciting North American city. The studio and works of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera are highlights. Throughout the tour, great meals are enjoyed at top restaurants, providing a varied sampling of Mexico’s wide-ranging cuisine.

The all-inclusive trip price is $3200 for double room, $600 additional for a single. This includes non stop flights from Dulles airport to Mexico and return, accommodations based on double occupancy, private ground transportation, extensive and personalized cultural activities and tours, and exceptional meals.  This is a members only trip.
